General Conditions of Use for the NAME IT application:

By using the NAME IT application, you accept these General Conditions of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

Description of the NAME IT app:

NAME IT is a table-based game in which users have to find the name of the table with the help of clues present in the table. The application offers two categories of tables: a. AI (Artificial Intelligence) Category: This category contains tables generated by artificial intelligence and is the exclusive property of NAME IT. b. Community Category: This category features a gallery of boards submitted by the NAME IT community. The tables present in this category have been validated by the creators of the work, thus granting NAME IT the right to use these tables in the application.

Intellectual property :

All intellectual property rights relating to the NAME IT application, including AI category tables generated by artificial intelligence, belong exclusively to NAME IT. Creators of boards submitted in the Community category retain their copyright to their respective works. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or otherwise use the content of the application for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written permission from [Your Name or Company Name].

License to Use Community Category Tables:

By submitting a painting in the Community category, the creators grant NAME IT a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify (only to adapt the image format) and exploit the works within the framework of the NAME IT application and its promotion. This license also includes displaying advertisements alongside community-submitted images.

Rules for the Community Category:

Boards submitted in the Community category must meet the following rules to be included in the application:

The work must be sent in square format.
The interpretation of the clues must be possible in the three languages (French, English, Spanish).
The work must contain clearly identifiable clues and few or no intrusive elements that could mislead the player.
The work must not contain any shocking, defamatory, offensive or illegal image.

User Responsibility:

By using the NAME IT application, the user is solely responsible for the content he or she submits in the Community category. The user warrants that he or she is the original creator of the submitted image and owns all copyright and intellectual property rights associated with such image.

Modification of the Application:

NAME IT reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw or discontinue any part of the application, including the Community category, at any time without notice.

Modification of the T&Cs:

NAME IT may update these T&Cs periodically. Users will be informed of significant changes and must accept the new T&Cs to continue using the application.

Data Protection: For more information on the collection, processing and use of user data, please see our Privacy Policy.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction:

These T&Cs are governed by the laws in force in France. In the event of a dispute, the competent courts of Bordeaux will have exclusive jurisdiction.
